I think this is the first time I’ve released a book in January, but I kind of cheated, because I started writing this one in 2019. I was on a flight from Brisbane to LA (going to the RWA conference in New York!) and decided I should make the most of all that downtime. I’d also just finished watching a reality singing show and wanted to explore what happened to a contestant once they left the show.
